What data we access.
When you connect your WHOOP account, we request access only to the data needed to generate your report, such as recovery, sleep, strain, cycle, workout, and profile-related data made available through WHOOP’s authorization flow.
How we use your data.
We use your data to generate your monthly report, improve report quality, troubleshoot issues, and send service-related emails such as report-ready notifications.
What we do not do.
We do not sell your health or activity data. We do not rent your data. We do not use your data for unrelated advertising. We do not claim to provide medical advice.
Your control.
You can revoke access through your WHOOP account. You can also request account deletion and removal of stored report data.
Email.
We may send transactional emails related to your account and reports. If you join the beta or subscribe to updates, we may also send occasional product emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.
